The space
Feeling like a treehouse, the living space is light, bright, and open concept, perfect for feeling one with nature. Enjoy a cozy night in next to the stone-lined wood-burning fireplace, and step out to the large deck for an even closer look at the forest views. The 55-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku is perfect for streaming all your favorite shows, right in the heart of the mountains.

KITCHEN
Dine in style with options to suit every taste! Gather around the table for four, or take a seat at the 4-person bar. Watch the chef in action as they prepare meals with all the necessary tools at hand, including a propane gas stove/oven, filtered water, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, spices, and a small mixer. It's a gourmet chef's dream come true! And with an Amazon Echo on hand, you can set cooking timers and play your favorite tunes for the perfect dining ambiance.

GUEST ROOMS
Dream the night away in the comfort of a queen-sized bed, complete with high thread count sheets, a plush comforter, and hybrid memory foam mattresses, accommodating you in a cocoon of softness and comfort. Each bedroom can accommodate two people comfortably. Wake up to the beautiful forest view through the window, or step outside to the full-length deck through the main bedroom's sliding glass door. Each room comes equipped with an HD Roku TV, dressers, and private closet, as well as an Amazon Echo Dot with digital alarm clock, perfect for setting your wake-up time or listening to soothing sleep sounds.

Enjoy a roomy space to dry off after a relaxing hot shower or soak in the full bathtub, whichever you prefer! The in-ceiling heater keeps you warm and cozy on chilly days, making it a perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate.


THE DECK
This outdoor space is a great extension of the indoor living area, perfect for dining, BBQ grilling, reading, and relaxing while enjoying the forest views. Take in the sweet scents of caramel and vanilla wafting from the towering Jeffrey Pines as nature surrounds you in all its glory.


ABOUT BIG BEAR
Big Bear, California offers a variety of outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy. In the winter, the area is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding at the local ski resorts such as Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. Visitors can also enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on the many miles of groomed trails. When the weather is warmer, visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing, boating, and swimming in the lake. The lake also has a variety of water sports to choose from such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

Big Bear is also home to a variety of other activities and attractions. Visitors can take a scenic drive on the Rim of the World Highway, visit the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, or take a tour of the historic gold mining ghost town of Calico. The area also offers a variety of shopping and dining options, from quaint mountain boutiques to casual lakeside restaurants. Additionally, Big Bear is known for hosting events and festivals throughout the year, from Oktoberfest to the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.

Neighborhood overview
Sugarloaf is located, just one mile south of Big Bear City, nestled in the San Bernardino National Forest. The area was named after the nearby and hikeable Sugarloaf Mountain, standing tall at 9,952’. Best of all, Sugarloaf is convenient to everything in Big Bear, an easy ten-minute drive from picturesque Big Bear Lake, and less than eight miles from the ski lifts at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit! Sugarloaf features a community park, dog park, and easy access to the Maple Hill Trail Complex, 213 acres developed for hiking and cycling. This is the newest system of trails in all of Big Bear!
Getting around
Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of the Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, and Running Springs.
